The hotel features a spa and health club spread over 1 800 m², including 8 treatment rooms, a private spa suite, saunas and steam baths, relaxation areas with spectacular views, an indoor pool and an outdoor pool with Jacuzzi, a state-of-the-art gym, a pilates studio and a unique hammam experience with 7 rooms. There is also a squash court and 4 outdoor tennis courts. A wide variety of activities is available near the hotel, including golf, heliskiing, climbing, rafting and dog sledge rides in summer and winter. Do not miss the 360-degree panorama from a hot-air balloon ride or the sharp mountain drop from the world’s highest toboggan run on the Glacier 3000.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children from 4 to 12 years are charged CHF 110.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged CHF 210.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet: Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and costs CHF 25.00 per hour. Meal Plan: Half board is included in the room rate. Parking: Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs CHF 20.00 per day. Free public parking is possible on site. Pets: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
