Croatia is a beautiful Country, with a fabulous coastline and hundreds of islands to explore, has been overlooked for many years as a place to take a family holiday, mainly due to war and post war problems.

Croatia is one of the most scenic areas of former Yugoslavia, which used to be one of the most popular holiday destination, but in recent years, Croatia has again become more popular for family holidays, and this is mainly due to the affordable accommodation and flights.

Croatia has picturesque towns like Dubrovnik, Sibenik or Split, each having a history and its architecture deriving from Roman, Venetian and Turkish influences. There are 8 beautiful national parks in Croatia. The Croatians are extremely family orientated, and they tend to go out of their way for children, although you won’t necessarily find high chairs in the restaurants or changing stations around, they do try to do their best to accommodate children.
